Yields: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

4 ounces chocolate chips bittersweet
4 ounces pisco or rum
1/4 cup cocoa powder
A pinch salt
3 ounces Grand Marnier or Cointreau
3 cups whole milk
Whipped cream
Candied orange peel garnish
1 tablespoon sugar
4 ounces milk chocolate chips
4 orange zest (2-inch pieces)


PREPARATION PROCEDURE:

1. Place the sugar, salt and cocoa powder in a saucepan. Incorporate the milk, bittersweet chocolate and milk chocolate.

2. Over medium heat stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and hot.

3. Beat it gently to smoothen the mixture.

4. Remove from heat and pour the rum or pisco and Grand Marnier.

5. Divide the mixture into four mugs.

6. Rub the orange zest in the rim of each mug.
